New Health Hub opens at Sunderland’s Beacon of Light
A new ‘Health Hub’ has opened at Sunderland’s Beacon of Light, offering a range of free sessions designed to help the community improve their health and wellbeing.
Wellness Yoga has taken up its new home at the Beacon of Light.
Weekly sessions for people of all abilities now take place at the home of SAFC’s official charity.
All classes, workshops and courses have now moved to the Beacon, and it’s great for anyone who can’t decide what their body needs at the minute (bit of yin, bit of yang).
The move comes as the Beacon continues for all members of the community as lockdown restrictions lift.

Sessions are not recommended for complete beginners, people with injuries, those who are less mobile, have low or high blood pressure or cardiovascular irregularities.
