New Health Hub opens at Sunderland’s Beacon of Light
A new ‘Health Hub’ has opened at Sunderland’s Beacon of Light, offering a range of free sessions designed to help the community improve their health and wellbeing.
October will see the return of movie nights at the Beacon.
The Beacon will be showing a host of family friendly movies over the Halloween period to help get you in the spooky spirit.
We recently ran a poll on social media to find out your favourite family Halloween movie between Hocus Pocus, Haunted Mansion and Hotel Transylvania.
Hocus Pocus was the standout winner with over 75% of the votes, so will be the first movie shown on the big screen during October half-term.
Following the success of the poll and the number of votes we received, the Beacon will also put on a second movie night showing the new Haunted Mansion (which came second in the poll).
Movie Schedule:
Hocus Pocus – Friday 27 October, 4pm
Haunted Mansion – Friday 3 November, 4pm
Additional Movie:
