Space North East

Space North East is a Community Interest Company, whose aim is to support men in the North East with depression, loneliness and anxiety.

Space North East believe that talking helps, and giving you a space to talk is one of the things that they do best, alongside listening of course! They host men’s peer-to-peer support groups every Wednesday in the Beacon of Light, at 7pm, to let lads let off a bit of steam when they need it.

Join them for free, with no signups or waiting lists required, just turn up. So come and have a cuppa, a biscuit, chat, and get involved as much or as little as you’d like. Sometimes there are tears, there are always laughs and it’s all shared in a very supportive community of like-minded men all living with shared experience.
