Coffee Morning

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on improving posture, flexibility, mobility and strength in a sociable and relaxed environment. The gentle nature of Pilates makes it ideal for individuals with joint issues or limited mobility, promoting overall physical wellbeing.

Chit Chat
