New online booking system

As of Monday 6 March, Beacon of Light will have a new online platform for customers to book our pitches and events spaces.

All customers will be required to create an account to make a booking; below is a helpful step-by-step guide on how to use the new platform.

Making a booking via Beacon of Light

  • Head to beaconoflight.co.uk and click ‘Make a Booking’ button in top right
  • On the public calendar page, choose the space you would like to book, including the time slot and duration.
  • You have the option to make just a one-off booking or a repeat block booking.
  • After clicking ‘Next’ you can review your booking, if you’re happy with the selection click ‘Accept’
  • As a first-time booker you will be asked to ‘Create an Account’ at this point – please fill in all requested details and choose a password that you will use for all future bookings.
  • After you have created an account you will return to your booking details, where you need to input how many will be taking part and the reason for booking.
  • Continue to ‘Checkout’ and fill in card details to make payment.
  • Click ‘Request Booking’
    (please note indoor bookings are subject to approval from Beacon reception team and could take a little time to be a approved depending on time request is made)
  • ‘Thank you for your booking’ page will display with full details of booking and payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to customer with payment invoice attached.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before at no charge. Cancelling after this point, or failing to arrive, will result in the full amount of the booking fee being retained.

If Beacon of Light cancels your booking for any reason you will be fully refunded.
